Beta Program Overview

LabCash is currently in beta, which means we're carefully onboarding new users to ensure the best possible experience for everyone. During this phase, all new accounts require manual approval before gaining full access to the platform.

Account Approval Process

After Registration

When you create a new LabCash account:

1. Email Verification: First, verify your email address through the confirmation link
2. Pending Approval: Your account enters a pending approval state
3. Community Access: Join our Facebook community while waiting for approval
4. Browse Access: You can browse competitions but cannot enter them yet
5. Approval Notification: You'll receive an email once your account is approved

While Pending Approval

During the approval waiting period, you can:

• Browse all available competitions
• View competition details and progress
• Access documentation and learn about the platform
• Join our Facebook community for updates
• Update your profile information

You cannot:

• Purchase credits
• Enter competitions
• View certain account features

While waiting for approval, we encourage you to join our Facebook page:

• Chat with other LabCash members
• Learn tips and strategies from experienced players
• Be first to know about new competitions
• Get support from our community team

Approval Timeline

• Typical Wait: 24-48 hours during business days
• Weekend/Holiday: May take up to 72 hours
• Fast Track: Active Facebook members may receive priority approval
• Notification: Email sent immediately upon approval

After Approval

Once your account is approved:

• Full access to all platform features
• Ability to purchase credits immediately
• Enter any available competition
• Access to all account management features
